قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the jobMain Responsibilities:Provide expert-level technical support for automation systems and AVEVA software solutions, including System Platform, InTouch, Historian, and related applications. Assist customers in optimizing the performance, functionality, and efficiency of AVEVA solutions within their automation environments. Work with sales and pre-sales teams on technical evaluation and proof-of-concept activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical issues, ensuring timely resolution.Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, technical guides, and troubleshooting procedures.Monitor and manage support cases to ensure SLAs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.Participate in the testing and validation of software updates, patches, and configurations.Provide feedback to product development teams on recurring issues and feature RequestsQualifications:B.S. Computer Engineering, or any related field. 3+ years of experience as a Technical Engineer or equivalent. Proficiency in AVEVA System platform, InTouch, Historian, and database applications. Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, scripting, and PLC programming is beneficial. Must have worked in a large-scale System Platform implementation. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively.
