Working as part of our European Supply Chain team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries to ensure orders are processed accurately and customers receive an excellent service experience.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, administration, sales support, logistics, or order management who is looking to grow their career within an international business. You'll gain exposure to customer fulfilment, supply chain operations, and stakeholder management while learning from experienced colleagues in a supportive team environment.We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Occasional flexibility may be required during month-end and quarter-end periods.Language RequirementsFluent English and Dutch.Professional working proficiency in either German or French.You Will Be Responsibile For: Process and manage customer orders accurately using internal systems.Support customers and business partners with enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, and contracts.Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to monitor deliveries and resolve issues.Investigate billing queries and partner with Finance to ensure timely resolution.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Support forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and audit activities.Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.What We're Looking ForExperience in customer service, administration, sales support, order management, logistics, or a similar operational role.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn.Why Join Us?Join a diverse European team supporting customers across multiple markets.Work with some of the world's leading retail brands.Develop valuable experience in customer fulfilment, supply chain, and commercial operations.Benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities.Build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within a global technology business.EEOToshiba is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that evaluates qualified applicants without regard to protected characteristics.
