This role is ideal for a market research professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently execute end-to-end research projects that drive strategic business decisions.The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Qualtrics survey programming, quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, and stakeholder-facing insights reporting. This is a hands-on position requiring someone who can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding or training.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end market research projects from planning and design through reporting and presentation.Design, program, test, and launch surveys using Qualtrics.Develop questionnaires, discussion guides, and research plans aligned to business objectives.Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data to uncover actionable business insights.Create compelling reports, presentations, and executive summaries for stakeholders.Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and business leaders.Conduct customer, user, and market research utilizing a variety of methodologies, including:Online surveysFocus groupsIn-depth interviewsUser experience researchCustomer feedback studiesSupport customer insights workshops, brainstorming sessions, and co-creation events.Manage multiple research initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.Maintain and organize research documentation, insights repositories, and knowledge management platforms.Partner closely with marketing, product, customer experience, and business teams to support data-driven decision-making.Required Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in: Market Research, Market Insights, Consumer insights, Customer Experience Research, User Experience Research or Management Consulting.2-3+ years of hands-on Qualtrics survey programming experience is required.Proven ability to independently: Plan research studies, program surveys, analyze results, develop reports, and present findingsStrong experience creating questionnaires and discussion guides.Advanced quantitative research expertise, including: Survey design, sampling methodologies, crosstab analysis, statistical interpretation, data storytelling, and qualitive research methodsAdvanced proficiency in:QualtricsMicrosoft ExcelPowerPointStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance research operations and insights generation.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, Market Research, Business, Human Factors, Consumer Insights, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.MBA or advanced degree preferred.Marketing Research, Customer Experience, UX Research, or related certifications.Experience within:Building MaterialsManufacturingConstruction ProductsOther complex B2B industriesExperience managing third-party research vendors and service providers.Strong facilitation and moderation skills.The ideal candidate is:A self-starter who requires minimal supervision.Highly analytical and naturally curious.Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Skilled at translating data into actionable business recommendations.Confident presenting insights to senior leaders and key stakeholders.Experienced in executing research projects from concept to completion.Mandatory Qualtrics RequirementCandidates must demonstrate recent, hands-on Qualtrics survey programming experience.
