This position is not with OVI.Join our client as a Customer Intelligence Lead, where you'll leverage your expertise in customer analytics to drive strategic insights and business growth within the banking sector. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining customer intelligence frameworks and analytical dashboards.Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain customer intelligence frameworks and analytical dashboards.• Produce regular KPI reports and management dashboards.• Analyze customer demographics, behaviors, and transactions for actionable insights.• Identify emerging customer trends and opportunities through data analysis.• Develop customer profiles to support targeted strategies and initiatives.• Translate complex findings into business recommendations.• Identify valuable customer segments for targeted initiatives.• Support the implementation of Advanced Analytics and AI/ML models.• Monitor model performance and business effectiveness.• Support experimentation analytics and measure campaign effectiveness.Your Profile• 7–10 years of experience in customer intelligence within banking or financial services.• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.• Based in GCC or KSA, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.• Arabic language skills are preferred but not required.What's Offered• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.• Engage with cross-functional teams to embed customer intelligence into decision-making.• Contribute to the development of analytical frameworks and performance measures.• Competitive contract terms for 6–12 months.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer intelligence and analytics, particularly within the banking sector.
