With more than 190 locations nationwide, innovative technology, and a customer-first culture, the organization delivers dependable solutions while fostering a workplace focused on safety, career growth, and operational excellence.The Customer Operations Coordinator will support customer service, sales, and operational activities by coordinating orders, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping ensure customer requests move efficiently from entry through execution. This role provides broad exposure to sales and service operations while working closely with multiple departments to maintain accurate records, support timely order fulfillment, and deliver a responsive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support to Sales and Customer Service teams.Enter and process sales orders, purchase orders, and related customer documentation.Support order setup, updates, tracking, and ongoing administrative requirements.Maintain accurate customer account, order, and communication records.Respond to routine customer inquiries and route more complex requests to appropriate team members.Coordinate between Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to support timely service delivery.Track and update schedules, orders, and information within internal systems.Maintain reports, logs, and tracking tools supporting daily sales and service operations.Prepare customer, vendor, and internal documentation and reports as required.Assist with parts quoting and order entry in coordination with Sales and Customer Service.Verify purchase order and sales order information for accuracy to support billing and reporting.Identify missing or inaccurate information and escalate discrepancies for resolution.QualificationsPrevious customer service, administrative support, order management, or related experience preferred.Experience with sales order entry, purchase orders, or customer documentation preferred.Experience supporting sales, service, or operational teams in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.Ability to maintain accurate customer, order, and operational records.Experience preparing reports, tracking information, or maintaining administrative documentation.Strong written and verbal communication skills for supporting customers and internal stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple orders, requests, and administrative priorities simultaneously.
