Customer Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Customer Operations Manager to lead supply chain operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless customer order fulfillment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily supply chain operations and support the SCM Department Manager.Optimize inventory levels, purchasing decisions, and stock turnover.Manage end-to-end processes, ensuring timely deliveries and invoicing.Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and external service partners.Coach team members, monitor KPIs, and ensure service level compliance.Analyze operational performance and provide actionable insights.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.5–8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, or Logistics, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, demand planning, and O2C processes.Experience with ERP systems (SAP/SFDC) and reporting tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or High-Tech industries is an advantage.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.What We're Looking ForA proactive, hands-on leader with a continuous improvement mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver outstanding operational results.
