For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS Helicopters, we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH.The position holder (d/m/w) works as Customer Order Manager – H135/H145.Your TasksEnsure the timely processing and follow-up of repair orders according to customer requirements for the H135 and H145 programsCoordinate and monitor repair Turn Around Times (TAT) for civil and military programsManage end-to-end relationships with internal customers and monitor operational order processesTrack quotations, inductions, customer approvals, deliveries and the progress of claims and disputesUpdate purchase orders and coordinate allocation decisions and standard exchange solutionsEnsure repair operations can meet global customer demand through capacity management and prioritizationMonitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and manage inventory and configuration requirementsEnsure customer orders are processed and delivered according to schedule and quality requirementsProvide proactive and transparent communication regarding order status and customer requestsMonitor and communicate customer KPIsCoordinate with relevant interfaces, including Front Office, worldwide workshops, PSO and Logistics, to ensure customer commitments are metCoordinate escalations and support operational steering activitiesYour ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business or a comparable fieldSeveral years of relevant professional experience in customer order managementMore than 3 years of professional experience in PurchasingMore than 3 years of experience in Project Management and Contract ManagementMore than 3 years of aerospace experience or solid professional experience in the automotive industry is requiredThorough understanding of operational MRO businessDetailed knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google WorkspaceKnowledge of maintenance and repair processes for dynamic components is an advantageKnowledge of dynamic components and Support & Services is an advantageFluent English (negotiation level) and advanced GermanFrench is an advantageWhat we can offer youPermanent employment contractAbove-tariff remuneration with attractive bonusesContinuous personal support through a fixed contact personIncreasing holiday and Christmas bonus within the first 4 yearsBonus payment "Employees recruit employees" up to 1,000 €Company pension planPossibility of home office in agreement with our clientsFlexible working hours through a personal flexitime bank accountIndividual further training opportunitiesOption of permanent employment at our client’s companyInterested?We look forward to receiving your application!About TintschlThe Tintschl Group, headquartered in Erlangen, has stood for premium service competence in the fields of human resources, engineering and IT since 1997.
