Job Description Shape the Customer Journey in Recycling Projects Across Türkiye, Middle East & AfricaAs a Customer Project Manager, you will act as the trusted owner of customer projects, ensuring successful execution from contract handover through project closure. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with TOMRA standards. What You'll DoProject Execution and DeliveryTake ownership of customer projects from contract handover through delivery, installation, commissioning, final acceptance, and successful project closure.Contract, Scope, and Risk ManagementReview customer requirements, contracts, technical specifications, and project assumptions while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential issuesCustomer and Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate between customers and cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Service, and external partnersTechnical Project SupportSupport the successful execution of recycling projects by providing practical technical guidance on site readiness, installation requirements, plant layouts, and project-related topicsCommercial and Progress Follow-UpMonitor project progress, budgets, payment milestones, and cost developments, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where needed QualificationsWhat Makes You SuccessfulExperience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Technical Customer Support, Field Service, Plant Operations, Recycling, Machinery, or another industrial environment. A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Environmental, Process, Recycling Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
