Customer Relations & Content Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and creative Customer Relations & Content Coordinator to join our team full-time.This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys communicating with customers, creating content, and taking responsibility for different projects within a growing business.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries, calls, and complaintsFollow up with potential customers and help convert inquiries into salesDevelop ideas for social media content and advertisementsCoordinate with our graphic designer to turn ideas into finished contentAssist with and coordinate photo and video shootsMonitor our website, social media, and customer experience and suggest improvementsIdentify potential collaborations and partnership opportunitiesCommunicate and coordinate with external companies when requiredHandle other customer-facing and content-related projects as they ariseWhat we're looking for:Strong Arabic and English communication skillsCreative and comfortable with social mediaConfident communicating with customersOrganized and capable of handling several different responsibilitiesProactive and willing to take initiativeComfortable attending shoots, meetings, and external appointments when requiredValid driver's licenseOwn transportation preferredBased in KuwaitTransferrable visaWe are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and gradually take on more responsibility as the business expands.To apply, please submit your CV through LinkedIn along with a short introduction about yourself.
