Customer Relations Officer

Taleed & Namaa for Business Solutions is hiring a Customer Relations Officer to join our team in Riyadh. You will be the main point of contact for our corporate clients — building strong, long-term B2B relationships, understanding their needs, and making sure every engagement runs smoothly from first contact to delivery.Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate (B2B) clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.- Build and grow business relationships with companies and institutional partners.- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on time and to standard.- Follow up on active accounts, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.- Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and reports, and keep client records accurate and up to date.- Represent the company professionally and support business development and client retention.Qualifications:- Saudi nationality is required for this role.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Customer Relations.- 2–4 years of experience in customer relations, account management, or business development.- Proven ability to build and manage B2B corporate relationships with companies and institutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.- Strong organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
