The intern will assist in managing client inquiries, providing information on overseas education options, and maintaining ongoing communication with prospective students and their families. Daily tasks include supporting client consultations, tracking follow-ups, updating records in customer databases, and ensuring timely responses to questions and concerns. The intern will also help coordinate meetings, gather feedback on services, and contribute to improving client satisfaction and relationship-building efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in customer service within the educational consultancy sector.Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and commitment to delivering a positive client experience.Ability in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to build and maintain long-term trust with clients.Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving in client interactions.Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain processes and respond clearly to inquiries.Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and customer databases.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple client cases.Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.Interest in international education and willingness to learn about overseas study pathways.
