Customer Relationship Executive - Junior - (Pre Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Junior Customer Relationship Executive (CRE - Junior) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing client queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively within defined timelines.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and service) to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.Follow up with customers to ensure their requirements are met and gather feedback.Support sales initiatives by upselling and cross-selling products/services where relevant.Prepare reports on customer interactions, issues resolved, and service performance.

Requirements
