We’re Hiring | CRM SpecialistAbout LOGEX:LOGEX is a Saudi-based logistics technology company focused on helping businesses own their logistics experience, improve delivery operations, and scale efficiently.We provide technology-driven logistics solutions that connect businesses with reliable delivery capabilities, helping merchants manage and optimize their delivery operations through a smarter, more flexible, and scalable logistics ecosystem.As we continue to grow, we’re building a team of talented professionals who want to make a real impact in the rapidly evolving Saudi logistics and delivery market.About the Role:We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to help us build stronger customer relationships, improve retention, and drive sustainable growth through data-driven CRM strategies.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.• Build customer segments and targeted CRM campaigns.• Analyze customer behavior, engagement, and retention metrics.• Manage customer lifecycle and communication journeys.• Monitor CRM campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams.• Use customer data to identify opportunities for growth and increase customer lifetime value.• Continuously optimize campaigns through testing and performance analysis.Requirements:• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Lifecycle, Retention, or a similar role.• Experience in delivery, logistics, e-commerce, or technology is highly preferred.• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and retention strategies.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Experience with CRM platforms and customer databases.• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaIf you’re passionate about CRM, customer experience, and data-driven growth, we’d love to hear from you.Join LOGEX and help us shape the future of logistics in Saudi Arabia.
