The person in this role will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, provide product information about different types of patches, and guide customers in selecting the right options for their needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with production and shipping teams, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales systems or CRM tools, resolving basic service issues, and actively working toward individual and team sales targets. Collaboration with colleagues to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements is also expected.Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a professional, courteous approach.Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in prospecting, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools; comfort using email, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer requests, follow-ups, and orders efficiently.Ability to learn and explain technical details about embroidery, iron-on, chenille, and PVC patches in simple, customer-friendly language.Fluency in English and Urdu (or other relevant local languages) with strong verbal and written communication skills.Previous experience in retail, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.Minimum high school diploma; a higher education background in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in Lahore and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
