Role - Customer Service & After-Sales ExecutiveLocation - Dubai Required Skills- Must be Customer-focused, presentable, highly responsiveMinimum 2–3 years of customer service, client relations, or after-sales experience with a UAE real estate developer.Excellent spoken and written English.Clear, pleasant, and professional telephone manner.Presentable, friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with demanding or VIP clients.Highly responsive with strong follow-up and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously and prioritise urgent matters.Experience with CRM systems is preferred.Good understanding of the UAE property purchase and after-sales process.PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILEWe are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, responds quickly, takes responsibility for client issues, and does everything possible to ensure customers remain satisfied throughout their journey with the company.
