If you want to build a solid career in forwarding, from documentation to customer relationships, Hung Dong is a place to learn fast and grow.🚢 WE'RE HIRING | Customer Service & Documentation Executive 📍 Hung Dong Logistics – Gia Dinh Ward, HCMCOwn the customer journey and the paperwork behind it, from booking and SI to B/L and final delivery, across Ocean & Air.🔹 What you'll doHandle Ocean & Air Import/Export shipments from booking to final deliveryReceive bookings and SI from customers; prepare and check HBL/MBL, Invoice, Packing List and related documentsSubmit SI, manifest and pre-alert accurately and on timeCoordinate with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, consolidators and overseas agents on nominated shipmentsKeep customers updated on shipment status, stuffing plan, cut-off and schedulesHandle daily operational issues and support customers with complaints or unexpected situationsWork closely with Ops on B/L issuance and document pick-up, and back up teammates in peak season🔹 What you bringCollege/University degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, Economics, Maritime Transportation or a related field1+ year in Customer Service or Operations in logistics/forwardingBasic understanding of import/export process, Incoterms and shipping documentsGood English reading and writing for work communicationGood MS Office and email skills ➕ Nice to have: Ocean Import/Export experience, working with overseas agents or shipping lines, Sales coordination experience🔹 Who you are Careful, a clear communicator, calm under pressure and a team player.
