Job Title:Customer Service & Reservations SpecialistCompany:Ground Transportation CompanyLocation:Jeddah - Saudi ArabiaEmployment: Full-time, shift-basedJob Description:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service & Reservations Specialist, including direct experience in passenger transportation, limousine, chauffeur services or vehicle rental across Saudi Arabia.Applicants with only freight, cargo, general logistics or travel experience should not apply.Key Responsibilities:Handling customer inquiries and bookings through calls, WhatsApp and e-mail.Recording and following all requests through CRM.Coordinating bookings with Pricing and Operations.Handling delays and complaints professionally.Excellent Arabic and good working English.Availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays.Requirements:Proven experience in Customer Service & Reservations in Saudi Arabia.Understanding of the Saudi corporate market. Experience in Transportation, Mobility, Limousine, Fleet Rental or related services is a strong advantage.Arabic & English communication skills.
