Location: Baniyas Square, Deira, DubaiEmployment type: Full-timeSalary: 3,000 AEDJob DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable and organized person to respond to customer inquiries mainly through WhatsApp.Customers will usually ask about product availability, prices, and order details.

You will use Tally to check stock availability and then reply to customers with the correct information.You would also be required to prepare invoices and assist customers who visit our shop.Main ResponsibilitiesReply to customer inquiries through WhatsAppCheck product availability using TallyInform customers about stock, prices, and product detailsFollow up with customers when neededPrepare basic invoices and sales documentsAssist walk-in customersKeep customer and order information organizedRequirementsAble to communicate clearly and politelyOrganized and careful when checking prices and stockBasic experience with Tally is preferred, but training can be providedPrevious customer service or office experience is helpful but not essentialComfortable communicating in English; knowledge of Urdu or Hindi would be an advantage.How to ApplyPlease apply by sending your CV to hr@goldensandsgroup.co
