Customer Service - Retail Attendant – Job DescriptionPosition: Retail Attendant

Location: Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:Assist guests with product selection and provide friendly, professional customer service.Handle sales transactions, payments, and cash/POS operations accurately.Maintain proper product displays, stock levels, and cleanliness of the retail area.Respond to customer queries and assist with any basic concerns or requests.Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all guests.Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused, presentable, and professional attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced and guest-facing environment.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.Working Conditions:6 working days per week10-hour duty (9 working hours + 1-hour break)Accommodation and transportation are self-managed.
