You'll take ownership of enquiries, resolve issues quickly, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes. With your relationship-building skills, you'll ensure every customer experience is positive and exceeds expectations.Some of your key responsibilities will be:Manage and prioritise a combination of both inbound phone and email-based customer cases and queriesDevelop excellent rapport over the phone or face to face to foster strong customer and internal relationshipsIdentify complex problems and resolve them or escalate where a resolution may not be achievableAbout YouYou're an experienced customer service professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, confident in managing complex queries and delivering outstanding outcomes. With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you take ownership of issues, build relationships, and ensure every customer experience is positive and professional.To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in a customer service environment - call centre/retail/hospitality - we would love to talk to you! Proven ability to resolve complex or ambiguous customer issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
