Have executed many milestone projects Globally especially in Africa and have the expertise in moving Humanitarian Cargoes.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Coordinator at AZTEC SHIPPING LLC in Dubai. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, managing customer experiences, interacting with global logistics partners for quotes and communicating effectively with customers and also handling the front desk.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skillsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsShould have worked with a Freight forwarding company for atleast 2-3 years.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customersDetail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitaskProblem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situationsProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwarePrevious experience in a customer service role is preferredFluency in multiple languages is a plusAdditional requirementHusband Visa will be preferred.
