Join our growing freight forwarding team in Dubai!We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive with 2+ years of UAE experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Air Freight and Sea Freight operations, excellent coordination skills, and a customer-first approach.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries related to air and sea freight shipments.Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams.Prepare and follow up on freight quotations and shipment requirements.Coordinate import and export shipments via air and sea.Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.Prepare and verify shipping and freight forwarding documentation.Resolve customer concerns, shipment delays, and operational issues efficiently.Ensure smooth execution of shipments with the operations team.Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in the CRM/system.Support the sales team in customer retention and business development activities.Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents as required.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of UAE experience in customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.Strong knowledge of Air Freight and Sea Freight operations.Good understanding of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and email communication.Experience with CRM or logistics software is an added advantage.Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.Excellent written and spoken English.What We OfferOpportunity to work with an international freight forwarding company.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Exposure to global air and sea freight operations.📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV at hello@whizzhr.com Please mention "Customer Service Executive – Air & Sea Freight" in the subject line.
