Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeReporting To: Branch ManagerSalary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 per monthJob SummaryWe are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our Rent A Car team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the car rental industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries, rental bookings, complaints, and documentation efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.Assist customers with vehicle reservations, rental agreements, extensions, and returns.Explain rental terms, conditions, insurance coverage, and payment procedures.Coordinate with the operations team regarding vehicle availability, delivery, and collection.Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.Maintain accurate customer records, rental agreements, and related documentation.Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, deposits, and rental extensions.Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the rental process.Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams to resolve customer concerns.Promote additional services and rental upgrades when appropriate.Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.Previous experience in the UAE car rental industry is preferred.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Good command of English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and rental management systems.Familiarity with rental agreements, insurance, deposits, and traffic fines is an advantage.Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Professional attitude, patience, and a customer-oriented mindset.We OfferSalary of AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month, based on experience and skills.Career growth and development opportunities.A supportive and professional working environment.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to: hr@veslamotors.com /hr.assist@veslamotors.com Email Subject: Customer Service Executive – Rent A Car
