客戶服務專員 Customer Service Executive (Rotational Shift)

岗位职责:通过电话、邮件和在线聊天处理客户查询。通过在线视频验证全球银行账户开户申请。向客户解释银行产品及概念，评估客户需求。协调相关部门解决问题并处理投诉。汇总客户反馈，提升服务质量。 岗位要求：愿意接受 24/7 轮班制工作安排，包括夜班、周末和节假日。必须持有大专以上学历，具备银行、金融或相关背景者优先考虑。具备客服工作经验者优先考虑。能够独立高效地完成工作，并具备良好的时间管理能力。具备强烈的责任心和紧迫感，能够在关键时刻如期完成任务。积极进取，对工作有高度的责任感，愿意承担职责。精通粤语，并具备良好的华语和英语听说读写能力，此岗位需要粤语和华语双语人才，以便为客户提供全面服务。 Roles & Responsibilities:Consistently deliver world-class customer service by professionally handling customer enquiries and concerns across call, email, and live chat channels.To be the verifier for account onboarding and process the applications globally for bank account opening through online video verification.Explain banking concepts and product features to clients.Identify and assess customers' needs.Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues brought up by customers.Consolidate feedback while seeking to improve service quality and user experience of the iFAST Global Bank portal or mobile app.Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc duties required by supervisors.Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the given time frame and follow up to ensure resolution.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Requirements:Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
