We provide integrated logistics solutions covering Sea Freight, Air Freight, Cross Border Transportation, Customs Clearance, and related logistics services.We work with customers, carriers, airlines, transportation providers, and overseas partners to support international shipments and provide reliable logistics solutions from origin to destination.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Service Export (Freight Forwarder) to join our team in Bangkok.This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for coordinating international export shipments by Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Cross Border Transportation.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate export shipments with customers, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and other service providers.Handle bookings and follow shipments from booking confirmation through shipment completion.Prepare, check, and coordinate export documentation such as B/L, Booking Confirmation, Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions, and related documents.Coordinate with internal teams for customs clearance and other shipment requirements.Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular updates to customers and overseas partners.Communicate proactively with all parties and assist in resolving operational issues or shipment delays.Provide customers with basic information and guidance regarding international shipping procedures.Maintain accurate shipment information and records throughout the shipment process.QualificationsBachelor's degree in any field. Graduates in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related fields are an advantage.Experience in Export, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Customer Service is an advantage.Fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in international freight forwarding are welcome to apply.Able to read and write English emails for communication with overseas agents and business partners.Good communication and coordination skills.Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Basic knowledge of Sea Freight, Air Freight, Incoterms, or international shipping procedures is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and general office applications.Willing to learn and develop professionally in the international logistics industry.What You Will GainHands-on experience in international freight forwarding across Sea Freight and Air Freight.Opportunity to communicate directly with overseas agents and international business partners.Practical experience in shipment management, customer service, documentation, and problem-solving.Training and support from experienced team members.Opportunity to grow your career in the freight forwarding and international logistics industry.
