The position involves managing customer inquiries and orders related to floral products over the phone, while ensuring a positive and professional experience. Daily tasks include advising customers on floral selections, handling order entry and updates, coordinating with the floral design and delivery teams, and promptly resolving service issues. The role also requires maintaining accurate customer records, monitoring satisfaction, and supporting continuous improvement in service quality and store presentation. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to company policies and standards are essential to success in this position.QualificationsStrong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.Ability to enhance Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction through active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented communication.Excellent Phone Etiquette, clear verbal communication, and confidence in handling inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.Previous experience in a floral shop, floral design environment, or related retail setting, with basic knowledge of flowers and arrangements.Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders and requests accurately.Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale or order management systems.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, including weekends or peak seasons as required.Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent; further training in customer service or retail operations is beneficial.
