Reporting into the Director of Sales and with a dotted line to the Senior Manager Team, the remit of the role will be lead the Service Support function for a key major client.Hands-on account management of their largest 2 accountsImproving processes and implementing efficiencies.Introducing more metric-led KPIs and processes.Adopting automation and AI tools where appropriate.Business partnering Sales Teams.This will ideally suit an experienced Customer Services professional looking for a new and exciting challenge.
