About the DepartmentThe Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

Inbound call handling for client Accounts servicing, campaigns, products enquiries and helpdesk enquiries; Fulfillment follow through on case handling and with customers; Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers’ enquiries, transaction requests and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers’ informationOvertime is required based on the work load.Job RequirementsOpen for Fresher’s, Training will be providedMinimum of ITE, 'O' levels. Open for Fresh resource with any background.Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage. Possess a positive mindset with a “CAN-DO” attitude a and passion to deliver quality customer service.Possess a pleasant voice, excellent comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills and work etiquette.Good analytical skills; passion for working and is good in working with numbers.Resourceful, proactive, results-driven, attentive to details and a good team player who likes to work in a fast-paced changing environment.Passion for working, responsible and with good working attitude. Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications.Ability to work on staggered/rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays (5 Days Working in a week) to support 24x7 Contact Centre service operations.

Completion Bonus payable by stages upon satisfaction of your performance and work attendance. - Completion of 3 months: 10% - Completion of 6 months: 20% - Completion of 9 months: 20% - Completion of 12 months: 50% 1. For normal/ regular shift workers, Normal shift: 9am till 6:30pm For shift workers: Staggered shift hours : 8.5 working hours between 7 am to 10pm + 1-hour meal break in between Rest Day and Off Day : Scheduled by Client (1 weekday + 1 weekend, non-consecutive) Shift Allowance per month : $ 150 Weekends shift : $ 150 Allowances per month : $ 150 AM & PM Shifts + Weekends / Night Allowances per month : $ 170 Payment for work done on a rest day : - For up to half of normal daily working hours – 1 day’s salary - For more than half of normal daily working hours – 2 days’ salary - Work done beyond the normal working hours shall be considered as Overtime paySalary Range: Negotiable between S$2800-S$3700 basic + S$300 Shift allowances based on your current pay* Subjected to client approvals.
