WE'RE HIRING!CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFFLocation : Abu Dhabi ( Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Galleria Mall, Adnoc, Reem Mall)Salary : 3000-4000 AED ( VISIT VISA and OWN VISA )Contract : 3 month extendableKey ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Provide directions to bus stops, railway/metro stations, taxi stands, and other public transportation facilities.Answer customer inquiries regarding routes, schedules, fares, and nearby landmarks.Assist passengers in locating platforms, entrances, exits, ticket counters, and service facilities.Offer information about local attractions, public services, and surrounding areas when required.Support elderly passengers, people with disabilities, and visitors who require additional assistance.Handle customer concerns and resolve inquiries promptly or refer them to the appropriate department.Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly service area.Report any safety, security, or operational issues to the supervisor.Follow company policies, customer service standards, and safety procedures at all times.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in customer service is preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of local public transportation systems and city locations.Ability to communicate clearly in English; additional languages are an advantage.Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
