Customer Service Officer - Motor Insurance

Looking for an experienced Motor Insurance - Customer Service Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle motor insurance sales inquiries and service requests.Support quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and cancellations.Coordinate with insurers for approvals, documents and policy servicing.Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely completion.Support customers through phone, email, chat and digital channels.Maintain accurate records and deliver a high standard of customer service.RequirementsPrevious Motor Insurance experience in the UAE is mandatory.Insurance brokerage experience is mandatory.Good knowledge of motor insurance industry.Familiarity with UAE insurers, policy terms, endorsements and motor insurance processes.Strong communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.Fast, organized and detail-oriented.Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.CompensationSalary + Performance IncentivesLocation: Abu DhabiDepartment: Motor InsuranceIf you have strong motor insurance experience and a brokerage background, we would like to hear from you.
