This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer experience and confident in using English in a professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support via multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and messaging platformsHandle inquiries related to travel services such as bookings, accommodations, cancellations, and complaintsDeliver accurate, valid, and complete information by following internal processes and guidelinesResolve customer concerns effectively while ensuring a high level of satisfactionMaintain service quality and contribute to a positive customer experienceQualificationsProficient in English (spoken and written) – able to work 100% in EnglishHigh School Diploma or higher (preferred)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsCustomer-oriented mindset with attention to detailAbility to commit a minimum of 3 monthsWorking ScheduleMinimum 4 hours per day5 working days per week (flexible shift registration)📌 Training Requirement (First Month):Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PMOff on weekendsCompensation & BenefitsBase rate: 42,000 VND/hourUp to 52,000 VND/hour upon KPI achievementOpportunity to work in an international and professional environmentGain hands-on experience in customer service and global operationsLocationQTSC1 Building, Quang Trung Software Park, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City
