Snead Eye Group values reliability, compassion, and clear communication in all patient interactions.Role Description As a Customer Service Representative at Snead Eye Group, you will serve as a primary point of contact for patients, handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries about services, insurance, and billing. You will greet patients on-site, assist with check-in and check-out processes, update patient information in practice management systems, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience. The role includes resolving basic concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate staff, and maintaining accurate records of patient interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Myers, FL, requiring consistent in-person collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient practice operations and positive patient experiences.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to manage patient inquiries professionally.Ability to enhance Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction through empathetic communication and problem-solving.Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar front office or call center roles.Strong verbal and written communication skills and a courteous, patient-focused demeanor.Comfort using computers, phone systems, and practice management or scheduling software.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced medical office.High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in healthcare or eye care settings is a plus.Reliability in maintaining punctual attendance and collaborating effectively with diverse team members.
