Customer Service Representative

My client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Team! The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for working closely with assigned customers and being their main point of contact.If you want to get your foot into the Aerospace world and be part of a well established and trusted Aerospace Manufacturer, this job is for you!ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.Process customer orders and perform order entry.Update and maintain customer information in the ERP system.Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries and shipments.Liaise with internal departments to obtain order status and expedite issues.Escalate customer concerns to Customer Support Managers when required.Complete customer portal work where necessary.Participate in customer calls alongside the CSM or management during the training period.QualificationsStrong communication skills.Positive attitude and good personality (Robert's highest priority).Thick-skinned and able to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Willingness to learn and be trained.Able to recognise when to escalate issues rather than trying to solve everything independently.Professional manner when dealing with customer buyers.Type: OnisteLocation: Santa ClaritaThis is a 18 month contract opportunity!
