Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a highly-driven, self-motivated customer service representative to join our team! This is a full-time/part-time position. About us: We are an established insurance agency that specializes in auto, home, business, and life insurance. We have been in business for 18 years and are continuing to grow.Job Responsibilities:- Process changes, applications, and payments with accuracy - Handle phone calls efficiently and answer questions - Generate sales leads by utilizing sales techniques to enhance the customer service experience and up-sell - Identify and assess client's needs to achieve satisfaction- Communicate directly and professionally with clients- Schedule client appointments- Email, file, and other ad hoc tasks as neededQualification and Skills:- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening- Customer Service experience a plus - Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work- Extreme attention to detail - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills - Fast learner, able to multitask, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude (willing to go above and beyond the call of duty)- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)- Energetic, a team player, and inspire clients and co-workers- Inquisitiveness and the desire to continually learn and improve- Proficient in English, conversational Cantonese/Mandarin a plusMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
