Put that skill to work.We're adding a Customer Service Representative to our San Diego team and looking for someone who knows how to listen, communicate clearly, and make things easier for customers.You might already have customer service experience, or this might be your first step into the field. Either way, we're not expecting you to arrive knowing everything. You'll receive paid training, learn our systems, and have people around you who can help when a situation isn't straightforward.So, What Does the Job Actually Involve?Customers will come to you with all kinds of questions. Some need a quick update. Some aren't sure which option is right for them. Others may be frustrated and simply need someone who will listen and sort things out.You'll take the time to understand what's going on, provide accurate information, and find the best next step.Along the way, you'll:Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and other support channelsHelp with orders, account changes, and service requestsLook into issues and find practical solutionsExplain products, services, and policies in plain languageKeep notes and customer records accurateBring in another team when an issue needs specialist helpFollow up when needed so customers aren't left wondering what happenedYou Don't Need a Perfect ResumeWe're much more interested in how you work with people.If you're patient, dependable, comfortable having conversations with different types of customers, and willing to learn, we'd like to hear from you.Experience from retail, hospitality, restaurants, reception, call centers, or other customer-facing work can transfer well into this position, but previous customer service experience isn't required.Basic computer skills are important since you'll be working with customer records and internal systems throughout the day.The Practical StuffLocation: San Diego, CASchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Pay: Competitive hourly payTraining: PaidEligible full-time employees may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, company holidays, and opportunities to move into more experienced customer support positions.Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.We are an equal opportunity employer.
