Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.Maintaining accurate and updated customer records in the system.Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.Adapting to different customer situations and finding appropriate solutions.Ensuring all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.Providing feedback on customer interactions to improve the overall customer service process.Maintaining a professional and polite attitude when interacting with customers.Requirements:2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role.High School diploma or GED required.Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Work Hours:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - FridayPay:Competitive pay range of $20 - $25 per hour.
