Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEKey ResponsibilitiesProvide Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing and orders, through phone, email, and other communication channels while delivering a positive customer experience. Utilize HRMS: Enter, update, and maintain customer orders, pricing, product information, shipping instructions, and account data within the HRMS system. Generate reports, monitor order status, and ensure data accuracy throughout the order fulfillment process. Maintain Accurate Records: Document all customer interactions, inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up activities within the company's internal systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping and continuity of service. Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Production, Scheduling, Shipping, and Accounting to resolve customer issues, communicate order updates, and ensure customer expectations are met. Preferred QualificationsExperience using HRMS (Harry Rhodes Manufacturing System) manufacturing software preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
