Job Title: Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)Location:Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site with complimentary cab drop facility)Shift & Schedule:1. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.3. No sales targets involved in this process.Requirements:1. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).2.
