Customer Service Representative – Aerospace ManufacturingLocation: Santa Clarita, CAContract: Through December 2027Schedule: Full-timeAn exciting opportunity to build your career in aerospace!We are partnering with a large, well-established aerospace manufacturing business that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis through December 2027.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience within the aerospace industry and develop their career while working alongside an experienced team.You will have the opportunity to receive training and mentoring, build your knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, and interact directly with major aerospace OEM customers.What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Service Representative Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing professional and responsive support.Manage customer inquiries, orders, schedules, and requests from initial contact through completion.Work closely with internal teams including manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations to ensure customer requirements are met.Communicate with large aerospace OEM customers and develop strong working relationships.Track orders and provide customers with updates on delivery schedules and status.Resolve customer issues and coordinate internally to ensure timely solutions.Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.Support the team with administrative and customer service activities as required.What We're Looking For from the Customer Service RepresentativePrevious experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or a similar role.Strong communication and organizational skills.Comfortable working with multiple internal departments and external customers.Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on customer requests.Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.Aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering-industry experience is a plus, but training will be provided.Why Consider This Opportunity?This is more than just a contract customer service position.
