Our focus is on understanding travelers’ needs and providing dependable support throughout their trip.Role DescriptionORN.COM is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Bangalore. You will assist travelers before, during, and after their trips, answer booking and itinerary queries, and coordinate with internal and local operations teams to resolve concerns.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.Assist travelers with bookings, itineraries, service options, and travel-related concerns.Communicate itinerary changes and updates clearly and promptly.Coordinate with operations teams to resolve customer issues.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.Follow established procedures and escalate complex cases when required.Share customer feedback to help improve services and the traveler experience.QualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role.Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.Proficiency in English; Hindi, Kannada, or other Indian languages is an advantage.Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, including evenings or weekends as required.Basic familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems and standard office software.Ability to work with different teams and manage multiple customer requests.Travel, hospitality, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
