In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. ResponsibilitiesAnswering customer phone calls and responding to customer email requestsQuoting (using Quickbooks Desktop software)Order entry (using QB), providing Order AcknowledgementsInvoicing (using QB)Creating shipping labels (Fedex and UPS ship manager softwares)Printing product labels for individual part labeling (using Dymo software)Updating customer web portals with shipping information (e.g. ASNs)SkillsStrong communication skillsCustomer-centric attitudeHigh level of attention to detailAbility to manage high order volumeFluent with use of Microsoft software suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Strong knowledge of and experience with an ERPJob Type: Full-timeBenefits401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
