Customer Service Representative

Valley City Linen is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, team player to join our team as a Receptionist and Customer Service Representative.We specialize in providing linen, uniform, and facility services to a wide range of businesses. To find out more about our story, visit our website.Duties and Responsibilities- Answering phone calls, problem solving and distributing them to the appropriate departments as warranted- Placing orders accurately and efficiently using our software- Assisting with employee onboardings - in English and Spanish- Processing payments- Processing mail daily- Assisting with collections- Special projects assigned by supervisorQualifications/Skills- The ideal candidate will be reliable, with a positive attitude and great attention to detail- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred- Bilingual (English-Spanish) candidates preferred-Working knowledge of office equipment
