Customer Service Representative

Position OverviewAlendel is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Toronto office.The Customer Service Representative will support customers, process orders, and work closely with sales representatives and internal departments to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service.This is an in-office position based at our Toronto, Ontario head office.Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and orders by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Process customer orders accurately and on time
• Use company software systems for customer communication, order entry, and follow-up
• Provide accurate information on products, stock, pricing, and order status
• Coordinate with sales representatives on pricing, promotions, product availability, and customer needs
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in the system
• Work with the warehouse team to support order shipments
• Provide product knowledge and support throughout the customer order process
• Share customer feedback to support service improvement and issue resolutionQualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• French language skills are an asset
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience is preferred
• Experience handling customer inquiries through phone queues is an asset
• College diploma, equivalent education, or higher is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable learning and using company software systemsAvailability and Scheduling
• Monday to Friday availability is required
• Normal working hours may include one of the following shifts:
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• 10:30 AM to 7:00 PMThe successful candidate may be required to work additional hours based on business needs. Shifts may change based on business needs and at the discretion of the Company.Benefits
