In this role, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for our customers, making sure they feel heard, supported, and confident that their questions or concerns are being taken care of.You don’t need to have all the answers on day one. What matters most is that you’re a good listener, communicate clearly, stay patient when things get busy, and take ownership of finding solutions.What You’ll DoRespond to customer questions through phone, email, chat, or other support channels.Listen carefully to understand what each customer needs and provide helpful, straightforward answers.Resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.Help customers with orders, accounts, billing, product information, or general questions.Follow up when needed to make sure issues are fully resolved.Work with other teams when a customer’s request requires additional support.Keep accurate notes and records of customer interactions.Learn our products, services, and processes so you can provide reliable information.Look for ways to make the customer experience easier and better.Stay calm and organized, even during busy periods.What We’re Looking ForPrevious customer service or customer-facing experience is helpful, but we’re open to people with transferable experience.Strong communication and listening skills.A friendly, respectful, and patient approach to working with people.The ability to solve problems and think through situations rather than simply follow a script.Comfortable using computers, email, chat, and basic business systems.Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.Someone who takes responsibility and follows through.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.What Makes Someone Successful in This RoleThe best people in this role aren’t necessarily the ones who know everything.
