Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. This position is a key communicator for internal and external customers. This position is responsible for quoting, approving, reviewing, and routing customer inquiries and responding appropriately in a timely manner.Essential DutiesPrepare, enter, verify, document, coordinate and expedite customer quotes, expectation repairs, and purchase orders efficiently.Respond to emails promptly, prioritize, investigate, and ensure resolution.Work with internal customers (Sales, Equipment Repair, Engineering, S/R) to properly facilitate customer issues and concerns.Answer incoming phone calls courteously, providing proper follow-through to completion.Qualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDProficient using computer (MS Outlook, Excel, etc.)Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environmentService oriented with friendly demeanorMust have valid driver’s license and reliable transportationJob BenefitsFull spectrum of health benefitsPaid Time Off program401(k) with Employer Match
