This position is responsible for assisting clients with their banking needs, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing transactions, and providing information about products and services. The role involves maintaining a high level of professionalism, accurately handling account information, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction. The Customer Service Representative will collaborate with team members to meet branch service goals, support sales efforts by identifying customer needs, and follow bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Daily responsibilities also include managing phone and in-person communications, documenting interactions, and contributing to an inclusive, respectful workplace.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience capabilities.Ability to maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction through attentive listening, problem-solving, and follow-through.Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in a similar client-focused role in banking, retail, or service industries.Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.Basic math skills and comfort working with financial transactions and account details.High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail in handling confidential information.Ability to work on-site full-time in Murray, UT, with consistent punctuality and teamwork.Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn banking software and processes quickly.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or banking experience is a plus.Commitment to providing inclusive, non-discriminatory service to all clients and contributing to a respectful workplace culture.
