In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers and play an important part in making sure every visit is welcoming, smooth, and memorable.No two days are exactly the same! You’ll assist customers, coordinate reservations and services, communicate with different departments, and help keep our operation running smoothly.What You’ll DoAs part of our Customer Service team, you will:Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and provide excellent serviceAnswer and manage incoming customer callsCommunicate with customers by phone and emailArrange hotel accommodations, rental cars, limo/transportation services, and other reservationsCoordinate and order catering for customers and flight crewsDispatch fuel requests and coordinate with the appropriate team membersFinalize customer transactions and process fuel invoices during closing shiftsMaintain and update customer accounts and recordsHandle customer requests and follow through to make sure their needs are metAssist with billing or service concerns and direct issues to the appropriate department when necessaryFollow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesMake customer calls as directed by managementHelp coordinate and schedule maintenance repairs as directedMake copies, send faxes, file documents, and assist with other administrative needsHelp keep customer areas, facilities, and the front desk clean, stocked, organized, and ready for customersWork together with the team to provide an excellent customer experience from arrival to departureWhat We’re Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you are:Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy helping peopleA strong communicator in person, over the phone, and through emailOrganized and able to handle multiple requests at onceDependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughProfessional and confident when interacting directly with customersA team player who is willing to jump in wherever neededSchedule & RequirementsBecause aviation doesn’t stop at 5:00 PM, flexibility is important!Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidaysMust be at least 21 years oldMust have a valid driver’s license, as you may occasionally operate a company vehiclePay & BenefitsStarting pay: $17.00/hour, with higher starting rates available based on experience.We also offer:BonusesHealthcare benefitsDental coverageVision coveragePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysReady for Takeoff?If you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and being part of a team where every day brings something different, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today and come be part of our aviation team!
