The individual in this role will handle daily inquiries from clients, provide shipment updates, resolve issues related to freight services, and coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate information is shared. Responsibilities include managing phone and email communication, documenting customer interactions, tracking service requests, and following up to ensure timely resolution. The role also involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, supporting process improvements, and assisting with basic administrative tasks related to customer accounts and shipments.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills.Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction levels.Understanding of the responsibilities and best practices associated with Customer Service Representative positions.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of logistics or freight forwarding is preferred, with willingness to learn industry-specific processes.Proficiency in standard office and communication software tools.Relevant education or training in business, logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
