Customer Service Representative

TalentScript is hiring on behalf of a private dental clinic in Kuwait.We’re looking for someone who combines strong customer service with confident sales skills. You’ll manage the patient experience from the first enquiry through to consultation and treatment bookings.Key responsibilitiesWelcome patients and manage reception, appointments, confirmations and insurance verification.Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, social media and the clinic’s website.Convert enquiries into booked consultations through timely responses and consistent follow-up.Explain dentist-recommended treatment plans, pricing and payment options, helping patients proceed with bookings.Follow up after consultations and reconnect with inactive patients.Maintain accurate records and report weekly on enquiries, appointments and treatment bookings.RequirementsAt least 2 years of relevant experience in patient coordination, clinic reception, or customer service and sales.Dental or aesthetic clinic experience preferred. Candidates from hospitality or luxury retail are also welcome.Fluent Arabic and English, both spoken and written.Comfortable discussing prices, handling objections and closing bookings.Strong organisational skills and a professional, welcoming approach.Bachelor’s degree.
