Customer Service Representative (Electronics)

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle customer experience!ResponsibilitiesOrder management (Cross-references, stock availability, expediting orders, delivery dates, product specs, and pricing)Modify orders per customer requestsPrepare quotesCommunicate with customers via phone, email and chatProvide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availabilityWork with internal departments to meet customer's needsData entry in various platformsInteract with internal and external business unitsQualificationsMinimum High school diploma or equivalent, preferably at least 2 year's post-secondary education or associates degree in business or office administration., ideally a Bachelor's degree.At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience, preferably working in semiconductor, electronics, or high-technology environmentsExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
